Is It A Condition To Advise Before Refuting? by Abu Hakeem Bilaal Davis

16.02.2015 – At Mpubs’ Anti-Carnival Seminar 2015 entitled, “I have Left You Upon Clear Proof Its Night Is Like It’s Day,” our elder and teacher Abu Hakeem Bilaal Davis (May Allah preserve him) was asked a question regarding the doubt spread by some ignorant individuals that it is a condition that the one who opposes the sunnah by advised in every situation. Our brother Abu Hakeem eradicates this doubt and explains that advising before refuting is not an absolute condition that is pertinent in every scenario.
